All shipments will be made through the US Postal Service using Priority Mail, Flat Rate.

Ohio deliveries will be charged a sales tax of 7.25 percent.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

 

In the event your shipment is damaged, please supply pictures of the damaged product(s) in the packing material to us by e-mail (celticbath@aol.com). Although subject to review by Bridgit’s Bath, if the damage is valid, we will replace the item free of charge. 

 

 

EASY RETURNS

 

Because of cosmetic and sanitary requirements, only unopened organic bath product returns can be accepted. If you desire to return something that meet these requirements, and return the product to us, we will refund your payment including the postage you paid to return the product.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

As priority mail come with automatic tracking through the US Postal Service, if you include a valid e-mail address with your order we will provide that tracking number to you. ​
